Feeling hot and uncomfortable and the ceiling fans no longer cut it? Well now is the right time to check out what the portable air conditioner can offer you. This portable device works just like the ordinary and typical air conditioners out there in the market. This type of cooling device has the capability to deliver cooler air into a room, and in the process help make you feel comfortable. But there exists a big difference between the portable and the typical air conditioning system; and the difference lies primarily on the convenience side.

With the portable air conditioner, you can simply carry the cooling device with you. For example if you would like to transfer room, then get the cooling device and set it up on the next room in the house. From the bedroom to your living room, this product is the perfect help that you have been looking for.

The selection of the right portable air conditioner should not be done without thinking about it. It is imperative to research and ask around in order to get the best device and the best deals. Often it is nice as well to know the exact needs of the house, so that the more efficient device can be purchased. And when these things are taken into consideration, then you should be ready as well to accept the many limitations of this product. Yes this product is highly convenient and can be used in many parts of the home due to its compact size, but remember as well that its compact size is the thing that will compromise and affect its efficiency inside the room. Expect that the output of the portable air conditioner to be less compared to the original one. This means that the cooling capacity of the portable will be lesser in intensity. This is one of the drawbacks of having the portable version of the AC.

Here?s another drawback that should help you frame the importance of the device. This product also creates more noise than the fixed air conditioner. This is possible since the condenser that expels the heat of the system is usually located inside the house. And when you check out the fixed air conditioning system, you will notice that the condenser is often positioned outside the house. Some of the portable air conditioners that are available in the market will require you to manually remove the water that they have produced along the way. This is in exact opposite of the fixed AC wherein water drips outside due to the nature of the installation of the fixed AC. The maintenance of the portable one is labor intensive, so another negative point for the portable type of AC. But then if you are looking for a cheaper way of cooling the house and at the same time wants convenience above all things, then there is no backing out. Check out what the portable air conditioner can offer your

What’s a good way to beat the heat in summer? Most will go to the beach or local pool to swim and cool down. Others may have their own pool at home or set up an inflatable pool. This is a good temporary escape from the heat, but it has its down sides. You can suffer sun burns from swimming, pools and beaches can be too crowded. And for some people, a trip to the beach can be too expensive.

So, is there an alternative to beat the heat? Is there a way to keep cool at the comfort of your own home? There is another way. Install a window air conditioner.

Installing a window air conditioner is a good way to cool down in your home. It is a great way to get away from the heat without drying up your bank account. However, this does not mean that buying a big window mounted air conditioner is the best choice, bigger is not always better. If you buy one which is too big for your home would only cause your electric bill to rise and would not give you the best performance it can. Proper sizing is important.

A common mistake is to buy an air conditioner too big for the room, it would lower the temperature however it would not properly eliminate humidity in the room. This would result in discomfort due to too much humidity and an over sized electric bill. When you are able to get the perfect size, a window air conditioner would prove to be a wonderful appliance for small rental homes and apartments. But like all appliances, regular maintenance is important to keep it in prime condition.

Keeping the window mounted air conditioner in good shape after the long winter would just take a few easy and simple steps, you wouldn’t need a technician or an expert for this, and you can do it yourself. This wouldn’t take too long. First step to thoroughly check the unit is to go outside and remove the covering of the air conditioner from the outside. Then, dismount the unit from its wall frame and place it on a flat surface outside of the house. At this point, remove the front covering of the air conditioning unit. Then, bring out a vacuum and connect the soft brush attachment, then proceed to vacuum the condenser coils.

Another way to do this is to use a hose and hose it down from the inside out. But be very careful as you can get the motor and electronics wet, we don’t want that to happen. Then check for any bent fins on the condenser coil, if you spot some use a coil fin comb. Next step is to check the foam air filter, if it is damaged buy a new one and replace it, if it is just dirty wash it with some dishwashing soap and water then place it back in the unit after it dries. After this, you can now reinstall the unit to its frame and re attach the front and back cover.

I asked this question of a large business networking community recently….. “What features/factors do you consider most important when choosing a business cell phone….and why?”

Here’s more of their answers for your education and enjoyment:

* “It’s going to sound dull, but…business benefit and value for money.

Assuming you’ve got a corporate tarriff sorted, then I’d be looking for ….

* economy

* connectivity – e.g. quad band so we can standardise on a couple of
handsets globally

* functionality – e.g. sync to work PC for Outlook etc.

* decent vendor support.

Pretty low down on the list are things like eye candy and mp3 playback – no iPhone for us unfortunately!”

* “When it comes to a “business cell phone” a lot depends upon what you will use it for, where you will use it and how often you will use it.

If you just need email access and your HQ is in North America then RIM is still King….even when roaming abroad.  If you need more than simple email access then the world gets more complicated. Bottom line is to look at the TCO of any solution you choose and make a platform choice not a cell phone choice.”

* “My preference list:

- Good data connectivity. EDGE or HSDPA.

- Very good EMail client.

- Good PC-Sync capability.

- Able to view and edit MS-OFFICE, Acrobat files

- BLUETOOTH connectivity. supporting boardroom presentations from mobile.

- QWERTY keypad is must. will be helpful if a foldable keypad with mobile cradle attached is provided. notes can be directly created using original keypad.

- Wireless connectivity and seamless switching between GSM/UMTS and WLAN.”

* “The following features are a must for my business cell phone:

- Qwerty keyboard

- Office suite/editable

- Adobe support

- Sharp organiser

- Effective email support

- VPN connectivity

- 3G enabled

I think IPhone is defintely a good bet for this category though currently I am on a Motorola PDA.”

* “Simplicity. I hate it when mobiles have so many gimmicks that making telephone call almost becomes an option.  I don’t want a camera, don’t need to text, I don’t send emails, I don’t need a colour display.  I just want a simple phone, with large buttons and a simple menu.

* “First off I look for a phone that has a good battery, excellent radio and lots of storage.

Next I look for something that works with Office, since I need to be able to synchronise with Outlook and view documents. In the messaging suite it needs to be able to effectively do email. For example, I want it to have some form of keyboard device rather than just touch.

In the past I have also looked at the ability for the device to run a number of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, etc.so that I can access CRM and Financial Data Systems.

At present I have a Sony Ericsson P1i as my main handset and have replaced a Blackberry with an HTC Touch Plus as my data device. However, I also have a Sony Vaio SZ61XP which runs with embedded HSDPA so my Laptop has become my smartphone.

What I would say is that despite the effort of .dot mobi to get better ….. the most effective way to squeeze the web onto a phone has been to run the Opera browser which I do on all three devices.”

* “ok.. I’m not sure how the iPhone can qualify as a business cell phone. Like most Mac products it hinders business more than helps it.

In a phone, it must MUST be able to work with and exchange in “always up to date” / real time email. It also must be able to support email encryption and be remotely managable. Such as Blackberry, or Windows Mobile 6 devices.

Someone steals my phone, and it’s already locked, so no use to them, as soon as I call the office, bam.. now it is also erased and deactivated. Instant paperweight.

My current Favorites ….. Moto Q Global, Blackjack with the WM6 update, or Black Jack II.

I am a bit of a cell phone addict, and have owned practically every type of phone that has existed, the rest are all lacking in some way.

Cingular/ATT 3125 (aka HTC Star Trek) was actually really cool. Full Windows smartphone features, but eventually I decided that I could no longer live without a full qwerty keyboard.”

*  “I would choose the Nokia E61 for businesses. The best feature about this phone is that you do not need a SIM Card to access internet or your IPLC in the office premises if your wireless is activated. It supports an email client and that enables you to access your personal and official mail. The phone has all the features of a desktop and supports most of the files types.”

* “First and foremost, as I travel internationally quite often, I need an unlocked gsm phone so that I can easily swap SIMs, and it should be quadband (world) compatible.

Wifi and VoIP (“real” VoIP — ie SIP, not Skype –both over GPRS and Wifi) is a must.

Easy syncing with Microsoft Outlook. Full QWERTY keyboard. IMAP email client, full web browser.

The obvious choice for my needs is the Nokia E61i… absolute best phone I have ever found for the international business user that has to stay completely connected from remote locales.

Also should add that bluetooth is a must and the ability to expand (with FlashSD or whatnot) the memory to at least 2GB. Should also have full media player capability (both video and audio) for watching movies or listening to some tunes on those long-haul flights. Also needs to support ACCD2 or
whatever it’s called for stereo bluetooth audio (I love my Motorola S9 headset!)…. again, the Nokia E61 or E61i (same as E61 but with camera) wins hands down..only cell(smart) phone I’ve found that meets all of my demands.”

* “Business means that you’ll probably have to deal with many people, many calls and many tasks.

Important things are:

1. how call history works. If somebody calls you several times it is good if the phone can store EVERY call instance, not only the last one with a given person. My TREO was storing histories of all incoming and outgoing calls for months and months (i was having at least 50 calls a day). So call history must be full and long.

2. big memory for contacts – for obvious reasons. And many fields for contacts – also helps put more information about people so that when you have 3 persons with name John Smith you’ll be able to find out which one you need.

3. Fully functional keyboard. When you know somebody is on the meeting and you can not speak to him it might help sending him/her a message – it will be seen even if person is in the meeting. If you have QWERTY keyboard then composing a message will take you 70-80% less time than doing it on a
traditional mobile.

4. Phone must be reliable. The last thing you want is your phone to fail killing all your contacts when you are for a business trip out of your country. You also do not want to lose tons of calls because phone has hanged up for a couple of hours and you did not know it.

5. GPS sometimes is helpful for people who travel much. But not for every business person.

The model of the phone does not really matter, but I think that NOKIA is a reliable brand, PALM Treo is also a good thing.”

* “A phone which you can answer , find the contact, and call them without spilling the coffee on your suit.”

More real life comments on the question will be shared in Part III of this series.

Its camera interface takes about 4-5 seconds to start up after one has pressed its camera key, which appears to be somewhat sluggish. No other interaction with the G600 takes that much time. When the camera remains idle for some time, it turns off automatically and redirects the user to the standby screen. It means one need call the camera application again to close it. The device’s camera supports 9 types of resolutions, with minimum being of 320 x 240 pixels and the maximum being of 2560 x 1920 pixels. The handset comes with a useful call management feature that allows the users to view records of up to 30dialled, 30 missed and 30 received calls. The G600 does not support 3G connectivity, which could be considered its main disadvantage. The device’s quick menu response has made it one of the most sough after samsung mobile phones. No wonder, a large number of mobile phone users around the world are the proud owners of Samsung G600 mobile phone.

Telephone Cable

By Reader · Comments (0)

Each phone line (or phone number) requires two wires for a complete circuit and is connected from the phone company to your office or home. In some areas, fiber optics or other new technology has replaced “copper wiring” from the phone company’s central office to your neighborhood. Still, the last few feet to phone is standard copper wire.

The two wires carrying a phone circuit are generally considered to be a “pair,” and are usually twisted together and joined with one or more other pairs, inside an outer protective plastic jacket. This makes up a multi-pair wire or cable. Multi-pair wires are typically available with two, three, four, six, or twelve pairs.

The wire running around inside the walls of most homes and offices has from four to twelve conductors, often arranged as two to six pairs, with each pair twisted together.
Twisted-pair wire varies in the number of twists per inch. Wire with more twists is better and more expensive. Twisted-pair wire is classified in various “categories”. Computer networks generally use Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 wire, while phones use Cat3 or Cat5 type cable.

Cat5 and higher numbered category wire is capable of higher data transmission speeds, and must be installed properly to avoid loss of speed and data corruption.

Cables with multiple pairs of phone wires use an industry-standard color code, to distinguish one pair from the others. Each wire usually has a base color and a contrasting stripe, and the other wire in the pair is the opposite. For example… in a pair of wires, one wire has the color of orange with white stripes, while the second wire is white with orange stripes.

Wire thickness is indicated by “gauge.” The higher the gauge number, the thinner is the wire. Thicker wire allows a signal or voltage to travel a longer distance without noticeable degradation.

The electrical power wire in your walls is usually 12 or 14 gauge. A lamp cord is usually 18 gauge. Phone wiring is usually either 22 or 24 gauge. They are much thinner.
Phone wiring in walls and ceilings is always solid. The short cable between the wall jack and the actual phone is stranded to handle flexing and bending better without breaking.

The modular connector on the ends of telephone cable is designated RJ-11 or RJ-12. Both will fit in a standard modular telephone jack on the wall or on the phone itself.

Look at the website of computerpartsplus.com for various telephone cables and connectors.

Fantastic Save the Date Cards

By Reader · Comments (0)

These days lives are hectic, schedules are packed and people are busy.  Weddings that take place near holidays or during the summer months may be difficult for guests to include on their calendar unless given plenty of notice.  Most people schedule vacations for the summer months and may not want to, or be able to, change their plans to attend your wedding.  Three day weekends such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Columbus Day, aren’t considered major holidays but are often used as an opportunity for a long weekend getaway.  A save the date card allows guests to plan their vacation and getaways so your wedding is part of their travel itinerary.

Wedding invitations are traditionally sent out six to eight weeks before the event.  That may not be enough time to book airfare at a reasonable price or find a hotel room close to the wedding and reception sites.  Save the date cards let guest do exactly that “save the date” on their calendars and start to make travel and lodging accommodations. It is critical for a destination wedding to send save the date cards.

The first step is to make sure the date and city of the wedding is firm (and of course you’ve chosen the right groom). It’s not necessary to have the location chosen although Saturdays in June and July fill up fast at prime wedding sites.

When compiling your list for sending save the date cards, remember you’re actually compiling the guest list.  An invitation will be sent to each one.  Save the date cards aren’t wedding or engagement announcements.  The more guests at the wedding reception, the higher the cost, once you’ve sent the card you can’t change your mind and un-invite the person to attend.

Everyone who is invited should receive a save the date card, not just out of town guests.  Hurt feelings can arise if someone who expected to be invited doesn’t receive the card.  No amount of explanation will convince them they really were invited you just didn’t think they needed a save the date card because they’re in town.  Don’t risk hurt feelings because you want to pinch a few pennies. One advantage of save the date cards is that guests may decline early which opens up a spot for someone else on the guest list.

The cards are personalized of course with the names of he bride and groom, the date and the city and sate. Inks and envelope liner colors can be chosen as well.

Weddings can be formal and informal, whimsical or modern, fun or reverent.  And so can save the date cards.  There are no hard and fast rules.  It’s not necessary to coordinate these cards with the wedding invitations as you would with response cards, thank you notes, and menu or wedding program cards.

Formal Save the Date Cards

“Simple Save-The-Date Card” is classy and elegant on bright white cardstock. The font is in a script that looks like calligraphy.  “Twin Hearts Save-The-Date Card” has interlocking hearts at the top.  The information is in a font that looks like it’s handwriting on bright white cardstock.  “Forever and ever” is a little brighter with a bright pink paisley design on the right hand of the card on white cardstock. The font is a cursive script.

Whimsical Save the Date Cards

There are no rules for save the date cards so why not have a little fun?  “Couple” card has a fun bride and groom drawn as cartoons on either side of the information.  The ink is mostly black with red hearts and flourishes on a white card. “Flower” card has the same feeling but instead of a bride and groom it features a bouquet of stylized flowers in shades of pink and purple. Save the Date is written in purple underlined by a green flourish. If your wedding will be at the beach then “Beach Themed” is perfect with hand drawn seashells in pink, blue and yellow on a sandy beach.

Modern Save the Date Cards

“Double Hearts” design shows two overlapping pink hearts on the left hand side of the card with the information on the right hand side on pink and white stripes. A more modern approach to the beach themed card is the “Seashell Hearts” featuring a card with a blue background showing off a photo of a sandy beach and wave with “save the date” written in the sand.  “In Love” has the word love printed with each letter in a different color of pink, yellow, aqua, and blue. “Pink and Green” is exactly that a two toned green card with pink horizontal stripes setting off the middle.

Save the date cards make sure guests won’t schedule something else for your very important wedding day.

I love my family and I love it when they can visit for an extended time period.   A few years ago,  my family and my brother’s family started getting together at the beach in North Carolina for a week.  We rent a condo, and just enjoy the company.  It has been such a great time!  I am the one who loves cooking (and eating), so that is where I tend to concentrate my efforts.   Over the years, I have found the important thing is to plan ahead so that I can spend time with them, and not just focus on food – although that is one of my favorite things in life!

So, I have a few tips that have worked well for us, and made the trip a little more organized and hassle-free.  You have all the normal things you have to take to the beach, like wine, soda, water, toiletries, tissues, paper towels, foil, napkins, etc., so just make a master list of those things, and determine which you are willing to purchase at home and take, and those that you want to purchase at the beach grocery stores.

But, let us focus on the food.  First, I make a list of the menus that would be enjoyed by the group for the nights we will be cooking, and not eating at a restaurant.  And, since the sun takes so much out of you, do not forget the appetizers and the dessert!  Breakfasts, lunches and dinners.  Let us start with breakfasts.

I usually take a couple of breakfast casserole and coffee cake or muffin recipes along that can be made there.  Also, think about cereals, juices and bagels.  It all depends on the preferences of the group.  Oh, and do not forget the coffee!

Lunches are usually sub sandwiches, tacos, pasta salad, nachos, and peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwiches for the little ones.  Most lunch ingredients are purchased at the beach, but we can make the beef for tacos and pasta salad ahead.  The beef can be frozen.

Now on to dinners.  We are talking about appetizers, main courses, sides, and desserts.   We go out about half of the nights to a restaurant, so 3 to 4 will be spent having dinner at the condo, which we will have to prepare – although we have ordered pizza delivery regularly for a meal.

Because this is always a beach vacation for us, we count on buying and preparing at least one seafood meal.  I usually purchase shrimp and scallops and deep fry them with the local breading.  Next, pasta and meatballs is always a hit for those huge appetites we build from a long day on the beach.  We can prepare meatballs and pasta sauce  ahead and freeze them.  I also bake a few baguettes and freeze as well.   Another idea is to make grilled teriyaki chicken breasts.  If there is a fourth dinner, we usually opt to have seafood while we can get it fresh.  Our group favorite is shrimp.  For this meal, I would normally make some steamed shrimp as well as fried.  The local fish markets usually have some great cocktail sauce as well, unless you make some of your own that you would prefer.

So, out of 7 days at the beach, here is what sample dinner menus may look like:

Dinner #1
Assorted cheeses, crackers, and artichoke cheese dip with crackers and broccoli, cauliflower and red bell peppers
Pasta with sauce and meatballs
Salad
Garlic bread
No bake strawberry cheesecake

Dinner #2
Warm chili con queso dip and salsa with chips
Deep fried shrimp and scallops with cocktail sauce
Salad
Steamed broccoli
Milk chocolate pie

Dinner #3
Warm Mustard Dill Gouda in pastry with crackers, salsa and chips
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Breasts
Sauteed Mixed Vegetables
French Bread
Leftover desserts from the previous meals

Dinner #4
Leftover appetizers from previous dinners
Steamed and Fried Shrimp with cocktail sauce
Salad
Steamed Green Beans
Ice Cream with hot fudge sauce

The main thing is to be organized and think ahead about what you will make.  Then, it is easy to determine what you can do ahead and what you will need to prepare while there.  The more you can have completed before the trip means more time to just relax, and less headaches while you are on vacation.

It is also important to make sure that you take those items that you know you or your family will want to have during the trip, and may not be available at the beach.  For instance, your favorite coffee or cheeses.  Also, depending on what you decide to make, you might include some of your own cookware or cutlery.  You never know what the condo or rental property will stock.

I hope these tips will help you in planning your vacation.  I will include a few recipes in future articles that I have mentioned here, although there are many versions available.  Keep in mind that you are looking for quick, easy and yummy recipes to cut down the time in the kitchen.

We have planned ahead like this for the past two years, and it only leaves determining where and which nights you are going to dinner to think about.  But you can agonize over those decisions while you are hanging out on the beach or in the pool!

While downloading the 3 free PlayStation from the websites, one must take care of certain points. Many download sites are available to the gamers, but the best option is to become the registered member of a well-known portal. One needs to pay a nominal amount of membership fee for this purpose. The members can download the PlayStation 3 Games at much lower prices. Many sites are full of viruses and spyware, therefore the users should be extra careful while downloading the games. It is always better to pay one time membership fee than paying time and again for downloading each game.

The users should look for the instructions given on the portals before downloading the games. It would be better to take the game from the site where 24/7 customer support facilities are provided. The 3 free PlayStation consoles are based on Blu-ray technologies which make these as one of the advanced gadgets to play the games. Sony PlayStation 3 is the latest console produced by Sony. It is the better version of the PS 2. A number of unique features have been added in this device to provide a world class product to the users.

Whether working in a traditional style office or a home office, being able to cover one or all the windows from intruding light is imperative. In many traditional offices, the windows might be tall, wide or small and short. In a home office, the window might have a decorative look to it or be the everyday square window. With either shape or style of window, they need to be covered with some kind of window covering nonetheless. The best types of window covering for any office, traditional of home, are window blinds.

The most used window blinds are vertical blinds that make a more uniform and professional look. These window blinds can be purchased and hung with the traditional vinyl vanes and valance. When hanging vertical blinds, which come in light or dark shades, they will be something to talk about and allow an employee to think of their work, and not the blinding light entering their office. Vertical blinds will make for a trouble-free solution to any light issues in whichever office environment an employee works in. Another great thing about vertical blinds is they come of all styles and textures. Today’s office windows no longer have to be a boring white color. The window blinds of today can match the color on the office walls or carpet. Being able to match the décor of any office has never been easier when purchasing vertical blinds.

In the office, whichever way an employee opens or closes their window blinds will reduce the light that finds its way into the eyes of the employee or onto their computer monitor. It is never easy working with unnecessary light shining down on a monitor screen. Vertical blinds cut out all the light, or just a little. It all depends on how much light an employee wants shining into their office.

If cost is a concern for an office manager or home-based office employee, they can breath a sigh of relieve. Today’s vertical blinds can be ordered and purchased from the economy style to the more sophisticated window blinds. Whatever the budget is for window blinds, there are styles, and textures and colors to meet that budget.

Another reason for purchasing and hanging vertical blinds is they are easy to clean. If cleaning is not your forte’ or too time consuming, these type of window blinds will be a lifesaver. The main reason is they are vertical. Other reasons for hanging vertical blinds in an office are they reduce allergens from the outside and inside an office. Allergies can keep an employee, in a traditional office, home for a while. With the use of vertical blinds, even if they need to be cleaned even once, they are a great investment for their look, style and health reasons.

For the environmentally conscience office manager or home office employee, they can be rest assured today’s window blinds can be purchased from PVC-free materials. Many vertical blinds can be manufactured from 90% recycled materials and the plastic used can include up to 50% once used, now recycled materials. As an employee decides to replace their old vertical blinds with some new ones, they will know the used window blinds will not stay in a landfill forever. The environmentally manufactured window blinds also reduce the amount of UV rays coming into a window. The reduction of UV rays will preserve any office furniture and save on an employee’s skin in the process.

It appears that today’s vertical blinds are the best way to cover any office window from unhealthy light, while protecting any office furniture and an employee’s health in the process.

Is Hoodia Plus the answer to your excess weight problem?

Obesity is a medical condition wherein an individual has accumulated excess body fats. Such condition may result into various adverse effects on health which include heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, osteoarthritis and difficulty breathing during sleep. These in return can lead you to reduced life expectancy. That is why it is so important to take note of your weight and ensure that you are within the ideal values.

Actually, people are already aware of these facts. Though we knew that exercising is the best way to burn off the extra calories, we literally have no time to go to gym and workout. We may be so busy with our families, our work and careers. Dieting is another issue. There are so many temptations around us and keeping ourselves with the mouthwatering delicacies is really tough. So, what you should do? Is there an effective way to lose weight?

Introducing, Hoodia Plus!

Hoodia Plus is a natural food supplement that can help you reduce weight in a natural way.  It is by suppressing your appetite therefore reducing your caloric intake. With Hoodia Plus, you do not need so much effort to resist food temptations!

This weight-loss supplement came from a plant known as Hoodia which looks like a cactus that grows in South African deserts. For centuries, this plant has been used by bushmen during their hunting trips to fight off hunger.

How does Hoodia Plus works?

Studies have shown that the main ingredient of the hoodia plant is the P57. Though there are several species of hoodia, there is only one particular kind that has this essential element – the Hoodia gordonii. P57 basically imitates glucose and tells your brain that you already have eaten well in fact, not. This way, no matter how you little you eat, you will still feel you have eaten a lot.  So less food intake = less calories = weight loss.

What is best with Hoodia Plus is that it is safe and effective. Because it targets the part of your body which controls your appetite in the natural way, it does not lead to any adverse effects at all.

What makes it different from any other diet and weight loss supplements?

Hoodia Plus does not make extraordinary or magical promises. It is not instant weight loss. It does not dissolve your fats right away or shoot up and boost your metabolism. It simply makes you stop eating. In other words, it helps you control your food – it helps you diet. As you may know, it is very hard to diet especially when you are used to eating large amount of food. It is very hard to pretend you are full when in fact your stomach is screaming with hunger. Changing one’s lifestyle is one of the most difficult things to do. However, with Hoodia, you do not need to struggle anymore. You are now in full control of your food choices.
